I have been photographing the Bigger Family for nearly 3 years now… They live out on Longboat Key and each year their children and grandchildren come to visit and gosh what a perfect place and time to have your Sarasota Family Portraits updated!!! I just love the fresh classic style of this family… so timeless! Thanks so much I had a blast!

Kollene from Blonde Cow Photograph captured the special memories of our wedding day, perfectly! We travelled all the way from Scotland to Florida to get married, and couldn't think of anyone better to trust with our special day. We have remained friends since and one day I hope to return to Florida, just so Kollene can capture memories of my daughters senior years! She's brilliant 🥰Susan McIntosh

We've had such a great experience with Kollene taking our photos—multiple times over! Getting kids to pose, let alone smile naturally, is no small feat, but she does it effortlessly. She knows how to position and engage the kids in ways that bring out their genuine smiles, personalities, and playfulness. Her photos are natural, vibrant, and somehow manage to catch all the little in-between moments that matter most. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a family photographer who’s amazing with children, babies, and even headshots—she’s amazing at those, too!Amanda Wallace

Kollene is THE BEST! She has taken photos of our family for almost 20 years! She always brings fresh ideas and energy and she makes the shoot fun. Last year she even did an “Outer Banks” inspired shoot of my son and some of his fellow graduating high school seniors…it was an amazing experience and the photos are incredible. Highly recommend!Ashley Burroughs

We have worked with Kollene since 2010 and she is incredible!! Not only is she the most fun, easy-going, creative person I know, she is so gifted at capturing the feelings and emotions of every special stage in your life. She photographed me and my husband’s engagement, wedding portraits, and wedding back in 2011. Since then, she has done all 3 of our kids newborn-1yo shoots and some holiday mini sessions. She blows us away every time and we absolutely love to work with her! Our kids even know her at this point! She really connects with little ones and is flexible with kiddos who don’t want to participate. Somehow she still captures them in the best way! We moved out of state 2 years ago and will continue to use her when we visit family in Sarasota. Her memory boxes are stunning keepsakes that we will pass down to our kids when they grow up. If you want photos you will cherish forever, hire Kollene!!! You will be so glad you did!Lauren Andrews

Kollene is the kindest, most welcoming photographer (and overall person) I’ve ever met. She has taken personal photos for me as well as photos for my soccer team and there is no one that makes you step into your confidence like she does. She allows you to have your own ideas but is so helpful with being creative and making you look and feel your best. Would refer anyone that needs their pictures taken to her 1000 times over!!Alexis Sweeting

Working with Kollene and Mattias is an absolute delight. Their family-focused, heart-centered business truly stands out. Kollene has a knack for making me feel comfortable in front of the camera, which isn't easy! As a mom and photographer myself, I'm usually more comfortable behind the lens. I've had professional portraits, headshots for my business, and family pictures taken by this wonderful team, and I wholeheartedly recommend them. They’re the best!Kristine Casart

We have used Blonde Cow Photography many times for family pictures over the years, starting when our two girls were ages 5 & 7. Our memories have been preserved in the most beautiful ways by Kollene and Mattias at the family farm and on the beach by our home. The Carlsons are professional, helpful, thorough and beyond talented. Their creations are only the best quality - they thoughtfully capture the most special moments in time. We are forever grateful to this dynamic duo and would not hire anyone but Blonde Cow Photography for our family portraits.Stephen Richard Walter (Walter Group Real Estate)

What an amazing experience from start to finish! We cannot stop smiling! Kollene and Mattias made us feel welcomed from the very first moment we met them in their studio. They both are completely down-to-earth and made us feel extremely comfortable with every session. Kollene did a spectacular job capturing our son's first year including maternity photos! She has a true talent which is reflected in the finish product. In the end, we purchased the photo album and we are so happy we did! Kollene is an AMAZING photographer! I can't thank her enough for the gorgeous and memorable shots she took of my daughter and me on our trip to Sarasota. I was visiting Sarasota from NYC with my 22 month old and wanted to capture some nice shots of the two of us to remember our mommy and me trip. I am also pregnant, so it doubled as a maternity shoot. Working with Kollene from beginning to end was so easy, and the moment I met her, I knew it was going to be a great shoot. She was so easy to coordinate with and she suggested some great spots for the shoot. Not knowing the area, this was very helpful and they were right on target! Then during the shoot, my daughter was not always her smiley self, but somehow Kollene captured the little moments where she was smiling and laughing and even when she wasn't so happy, the photos capture such endearing moments between the two of us. I have worked with a few professional photographers and I have never seen pictures as beautiful as these!!Michelle J

I’ve seen a lot of their work, never a bad photo. Highly recommend!Randall LaBolle
