Six-Month Milestones, Family Memories & a Little Rainbow Magic
One of my favorite things about being a Sarasota family photographer is getting to watch the families I photograph grow. From those sleepy newborn days to first smiles, sitting up, first birthdays, and all the beautiful moments in between, it’s such a privilege to be part of these memories.
The Godfrey family holds a special place in my heart, and I was so excited to see them at beautiful Siesta Key Beach for baby Jeffery’s six-month milestone session!
More Than Just Baby Pictures
The Godfreys are part of our Baby Plan, which means I get to photograph little Jeffery throughout his first year, capturing all those wonderful milestones that seem to fly by far too quickly.
And while these sessions are all about celebrating baby’s growth, I absolutely love incorporating the entire family!
Because one day, Jeffery won’t just want to see photographs of himself as a baby. He’ll want to see his family holding him, loving him, laughing together, and soaking up these sweet days.
Those are the photographs that become priceless.!!!
A Perfect Evening on Siesta Key Beach
Florida weather always keeps us guessing, and this evening was no exception!
We weren’t quite sure what the skies had planned for us, and for a little while, it looked like rain might interrupt our session. But instead, we were treated to the most beautiful, soft lighting!
The beach was gorgeous, the Godfreys were wonderful as always, and just when we thought the evening couldn’t get any prettier, a rainbow appeared!
It was the sweetest ending to an already beautiful session.

Another thing I love about scheduling baby milestone sessions during the fall is that they double as the perfect opportunity for updated family photographs!
These images make beautiful holiday cards, thoughtful Christmas gifts for grandparents, and gorgeous framed artwork for your home.
